Standard UK Mainland Delivery

Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days.

Charges: £4.95 for orders under 3kg, £5.95 for orders over 3kg (calculated at checkout).
Standard Non-UK Mainland Delivery
We currently deliver to the following areas:

Scottish Highlands Postcodes: FK17–21, IV1–39, IV52–54, IV63, KW1–14, PA21–40 (excluding PA38), PH19–26, PH30–41, PH49–50
Scottish Islands Postcodes: HS1–9, IV40–51, IV55–56, KA27–28, KW15–17, PA20, PA38, PA41–49, PA60–78, PH42–44, ZE1–3

Free standard UK mainland delivery on orders over £99.

Standard 3–5 working days service.
Next Day UK Mainland Delivery

Available Monday–Thursday for orders placed before 2pm.

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery (Tuesday–Friday).

Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day.

Friday orders before 2pm are delivered Monday.

Orders placed after 2pm Friday or over the weekend are dispatched Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Charge: £7.99 (unless a valid free delivery code is applied).
Weekend UK Mainland Delivery

Available for orders placed Monday–Friday before 2pm.

Flat rate: £9.99.

Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed the following Monday for the next weekend.
DPD Service Point Delivery

Collect your order from a convenient DPD Service Point.

Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Thu) are delivered next working day.

Follows the same schedule and charges as Next Day Delivery.
International Delivery
We currently do not offer international delivery. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified when this becomes available.
Heavy & Oversized Orders

Orders exceeding 30kg will be charged at £19.99.
Pre-Order Products
We offer two delivery options for pre-order items:

Single Delivery – Your full order is dispatched once the pre-order item(s) become available. Standard/Next Day charges apply. (Weekend delivery not available).

Split Delivery – In-stock items are shipped first (Standard/Next Day), and pre-order items are shipped later once available.
Returns
We hope you are happy with your order, but if not, you can return items within 14 days of receipt provided they are unopened and undamaged.

All returns are inspected before a refund is issued.

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Clearpay, etc.).

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Damages
If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help.
